Description Consumer Value Stores (CVS) is the largest chain of pharmacy retail stores in United States CVS provides its customers with superior service and is committed to become the most convenient and easy to use pharmacy retailer for them.TPMS is a web-based application that helps to process the insurance claims for the pharmacy services provided by CVS (the only pharmacy service currently provided by CVS, which is billed or reversed through an insurance claim, is a prescription fill.)
In customer Services Module, It describes the functionality to processing customer requests coming to TPMS from different sources. Requests to initiate customer reimbursement in case customer gets a retroactive coverage which covers his prescriptions filled on past dates as well for which customer may have paid completely in cash or higher copay. If possible billing is also initiated to the insurance agency providing retroactive coverage. All the claims for a patient are retrieved outside the system and are uploaded in TPMS corresponding to a request. These claims are matched with claims present in TPMS and are marked accordingly in the Work Queue. Based on research done on request user takes the action for reimbursing the amount to patient

Lisa is a flow origination/sales tool/extranet application used by external vendors and internal GE employees for all process steps from origination to a contract ready for booking and funding into the Leasing Systems.
