    Name of the post : Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO)
    Pay Scale (Rs.) : 9300-34800 4800 (Grade Pay)
    Eligibility Conditions :
    (i) Official holding analogous posts in State/Central Govt. or BSNL. OR
    (ii) Jr./Sr. Accountant/LDC who have qualified in both in Part-1 & II of JAO Postal Examination or Equivalent examination conducted by any of the Accounts Deptt. Of Central/State Govt.

    Name of the post : Sr. Accountant
    Pay Scale (Rs.) : 9300-34800 4200 (Grade Pay)
    Eligibility Conditions :
    (i) Officials holding analogous post in various ministry/Dept of Central/state Govt/Autonomous body on regular basis or
    (ii) JA/Auditor who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular service in the grade.

    Name of the post : Jr. Accountant
    Pay Scale (Rs.) : 5200-20200 2800 (Grade Pay)
    Eligibility Conditions :
    (i) Officials holding analogous posts in State/Central Govt. ; OR
    (ii) UDCs with 3 years of regular service and having overall good performance
    (ii) LDC with 8years of regular service and having overall good performance.

    Name of the post : LDC
    Pay Scale (Rs.) : 5200-20200 1900 (Grade Pay)
    Eligibility Conditions :
    (i) Officials holding analogous posts in State/Central Govt.

    1. Applications are invited from the willing candidates to fill up posts of AAO/Sr. Acctt./ Jr. Acctt./LDC in this office on purely deputation basis.
    2. The eligibility conditions for selection to the posts of AAO/Sr. Acctt./ Jr. Acctt./ LDC are given at Annexure- I.
    3. The period of deputation will be for a period of two years. The pay, terms and conditions of deputation of the officers selected shall be regulated in terms of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension (Department of Personnel & Training) O.M. No. 2/29/91-Estt (Pay II), dated 05-01-1994 and other rules and instructions on deputation from one Central Government Department to other Central Government Department as amended from time to time. The officials taken on deputation will be posted in this office only.
    4. The Head of the Departments are requested to forward the applications of willing and eligible officials whose services can be spared on their selection. No withdrawals after their selection on deputation will be entertained.

    Personal data may be sent in the enclosed pro-forma (Annexure II) alongwith attested copies of ACRs for the previous 5 years, Integrity certificates & Vigilance clearance (Annexure-III) to the undersigned so as to reach this office positively by 30 Jun 2011
