Requisite Qualification :
i.) Educational qualification : Matric /SSLC/High School - Pass.
ii.) ITI + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the applicable Trade. Minimum qualifying marks both in the ITI & NAC examination is 60 % for Gen & OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
iii.) The trade in ITI and NAC examination should be recognized by NCVT.
iv.) The candidates with ITI and NAC in the same trade will only be considered.

The envelope should be super scribed with the following -

Copies of the following relevant documents attested by Gazette officer should be enclosed with the application form in the following order.:
1. Proof of Date of Birth
2. SSC/ X Standard qualification certificate & mark sheet
3. ITI/NTC marks sheet.
4. NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate).
5. Caste/Community Certificate for SC/ST candidates
6. Recent OBC Caste Certificate (issued within 1 year from date of advertisement) indicating Non-Creamy Layer status for OBC candidates.
7. OBC candidates are also required to enclose a self-undertaking that they belong to OBC (Non Creamy Layer) as per the self-undertaking format available on our web site www.bheljhs.co.in.
8. Medical Certificate for Persons with Disabilities indicating clearly the percentage of handicap.
9. Discharge Certificate indicating period of service for Ex-Servicemen.
10.If availing benefit of age relaxation, - Experience Certificate clearly indicating details of period of working, the field of experience, nature of products manufactured/ services rendered by the organization along with PF/ ESIC number of the candidate.
11. Copy of PF/ESIC deduction details issued by PF/ESIC authorities showing PF/ESIC numbers of the applicant for the period as mentioned in the experience certificate, Form 23 under EPF Scheme 1952
12. If claiming age relaxation as candidate from J&K – relevant certificate.
13. NOC in case of if persons employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous bodies.
14.Copy of BEST/ RUNNER up apprentice certificate issued by DGET for All India Trade Test, if applicable.
15. Non refundable demand draft, if payable.
