    Cleaning Supervisor: Muscat Oman

    I am planning to start a small cleaning business in Muscat, Oman (Cleaning houses & offices). My aim is focus on providing excellent quality service to clients while creating good work environment for the staff (cleaners). I am looking for someone whose current position is a supervisor of a cleaning team in a respectful Indian cleaning company.

    The main role of the supervisor is to use his strong clients relationship skills to find clients, and retain them (Customer satisfaction should be one of our solid competitive strength). The second role is to schedule work load of the small work force effectively and efficiently.
