Name of the Post : Assistant Professor

Pay Band : Rs 15,600 – 39,100 + AGP 6,000/-

I. Minimum Eligibility Criteria
a. Master’s degree with first class or equivalent at B.E. or M.E. in relevant branch of Engineering (Engg.) and Technology (Tech.)

II. Desirable
a. Teaching, research, industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization.
b. Papers published in refereed journals and/or presented at conference.

Essential Qualifications and Experience for the Dept. of Architecture :
Lecturer (Likely to be re-designated subject to order of the State Govt.) :
(i) First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
OR
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; and
(ii) First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture

Work Experience (Excluding time period for acquisition of PG/Ph.D qualifications) / Experience for candidates from practice : One year teaching experience as Visiting Teacher is desirable.

The application, completed in all respect along with six sets of photocopies of it and Biodata sheet must reach the Registrar latest by 30.06.2011. Only one set of attested copy of marksheet and testimonials etc. is to be attached with the original.

The Advertisements No. RO4808 and RAU3409 are hereby declared to be cancelled and application money will be refunded by the University shortly. However, they may apply afresh against this advertisement if they become eligible.
