    Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Mech./Automobile/ Agriculture Engg. with one year experience in Marketing preferably in Tractor Industry

    GENERAL CONDITIONS :
    1. The said posts are on contract basis for a period of one year. The contractual engagement shall not be regarded as permanent or temporary employment and the contractual appointee shall not be entitled for any preferential appointment or engagement with the Company for any reason, at any point of time.
    2. The contractual appointee will not have any right whatsoever to claim permanency of employment or for extension of the tenure of the contractual engagement in context.
    3 Only 10 days casual leave per year will be permissible in the case of contractual engagement in context on pro-rata basis on completion of first three months of engagement.
    4 The performance of the selected contractual appointee will be reviewed periodically with reference to tasks assigned to him / her through this contract.
    5. The Contractual appointee will be governed by the CDA Rules of the Company and other rules and regulations applicable to the employees of Company, from time to time.
