Being a part of Financial Data Extraction - Centre of Excellence, the role holder is primarily responsible for processing/verifying requests, while ensuring that regulatory and bank requirements are met. The individual has to deliver positive customer experience within agreed time frames with high quality output i.e. Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The role will support management and business decisions relevant to cost. You will provide an integrated and high level of customer service to the internal and external customers through collaboration and engagement. The incumbent will ensure all customer correspondence is clear, concise, timely and accurate. You will resolve customer complaints and queries and escalate complex matters to the Line manager. The incumbent will consistently meet targets to ensure that requests are actioned within Service Level Agreements. The candidate will take accountability towards all risk and compliance procedures and controls.
Qualifications :
Incumbents with 2 - 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounts will be ideal. The candidate should have experience in a similar process. A team player with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) will be ideal. A graduate or a post graduate (B.com) will be preferred.

Description : The purpose of the study is to find the impact of economic
slowdown on buying pattern of house by the customer,
in accordance with their needs. The researcher is investigating
the consumer decision making styles and also studying variations
in the consumer decision making styles across different demographic variables.
For fulfilling the purpose a survey has been conducted in five cities namely
Ahmadabad, Gwalior, Indore, Lucknow, Nagpur and focus is basically on resident
belonging to service class. Sample size that we have taken is 50 from each of
the five cities i.e. 250. The survey was conducted directly in Lucknow and online
for other cities.
Emperical study
Technical analysis of equity shares listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)
Objective : The objective of this study was basically to analyze the
market trend of the selected sectors and companies between
July 2009 to December 2009.
Sectors included Software, Retail, Banking and Insurance,
Banking Public Sector, Automobile, Telecommunications, Power,
Real EstateAlso a comparison has been made between the stock
performances of the companies with their respective sectors.
The short term movement of the stocks has been analyzed and
based on that, the suggestions have been given.
Tools : The tools used for the study are Dow Theory,
Moving Average Convergence and Divergence,
Relative Strength Analysis, and Rate of Change.
Conclusion : Auto, IT, Real Estate, Telecommunications and Power
are among the sectors which have improved where as

are yet to recover.
