Purpose of Job
Ensure the integrity and sustainability of the BLNG assets by effective supervision of the mechanical routine maintenance execution team.
Scope
Brunei Liquefied Natural Gas Sdn. Bhd. (BLNG), is one of the oldest and most established LNG plants worldwide. It has an annual revenue of US$ 1 billion with an annual Opex/Capex outlay of around US$ 100 million. Total replacement value of BLNG assets, including BSP assets in BLNG, is in the order of B$1.4 billion.
1. Supervise the implementation of maintenance plans that match the annual delivery programs for the integrated LNG supply chain and related by-products.
2. Supervise the execution of routine maintenance activities, such that integrity and reliability requirements are met for the BLNG and BSP assets in BLNG.

Principal accountabilities
** Supervise the implementation of strategies and tasks for the routine discipline maintenance team to meet the BLNG performance targets.
** Supervising the implementation and assist with performance monitoring of routine discipline maintenance team short and medium term plans.
** Responsible for the efficient execution of routine discipline maintenance activities whilst adhering to integrity and reliability standards; participate in root cause analysis exercises and spare parts evaluations.
** Responsible for on the job training and the development of individual’s competencies, necessary to achieve the business needs, assisting the BLNG job rotation and Brueianisation objectives.
** Supervision of all health, safety, environment related to BLNG routine discipline maintenance team activities, by performing toolbox talks, PAKAT audits and participating in Job Hazard Analysis reviews.
** Supervision of effective QA/QC implementation and adherence for routine discipline maintenance team activities.
** Assist in maintaining relations and communication with BLNG's area operations staff on maintenance related matters.
** Supervise contractor personnel related to the routine area maintenance activities, conforming to appropriate standards.
