Sir, I am T.A. Mushtaq Ahmed, Hindi/English/Tamil Tutor, registered with you as a Premium Member for a month (from 15th Dec. 2012 to 15th Jan. 2013. During this period I was neither alerted through SMS nor through Email as assured. Even the messages sent through you were not replied. The requirements viewed (23 Nos.) were treated as Students contacted. Out of 23 there were some required Female Tutor, in some cases Phone Numbers were NOT available to contact and in some cases either the students already got the Tutors or they did not respond. After explaining and sending email to Thinkvidya I was alerted with ONE requirement which was also of no use as it was not of my choicest area. As a result I could not get atleast ONE student till 15th Jan. 2013.

Now as a Free Member I just viewed 3 requirements wherein I even did not send any message to students but the message I received reads that I have exhaused the chances and have been asked to register as a Premium Member. I do not understand this. Also I have already sent 4 emails in this regard but not a single reply from Thinkvidya till date except reminders to renew the Membership. This shows that Thinkvidya is keen only in collecting the Membership Fee but not in providing service. Please reply.
