Mutational Analysis Of Foxp2 Protein For Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a disease caused by the impairment of language deficiency. FOXP2 protein is the main source for language development. But in the case Forehead box protein 2, mutation is the major cause for the dysfunction of the protein function. Mutations are varied according to the source of protein form. We have retrieved mutational sequence from Human Genome Mutation Database (HGMD) that is Missense, Translocation and Small Insertion mutations are available in the database. Based on the mutation types several drugs were retrieved from PubChem found out best drug if small insertion happened if Phosphatidylinositol.
