Designation / Skillset : Research Associate
    Dear Sir,
I take this opportunity to introduce myself; I am Dr. Sunaina Zutshi, PhD Biosciences currently working as Research Associate at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. My research work is mainly focused on Cyanobacterial proteomics. The title of my project is “Proteomic analysis of Cyanobacteria under Arsenic pollution” Cyanobacteria are lower plant having great economic importance as well as medicinal properties. Proteomic and genomic analysis under abiotic stress will help us to elucidate the different mechanisms of cyanobacteria such as ascorbate-glutathione cycle and will help us to know about the stress proteins responsible for bioremediation. It will also help us to know the tangible mechanisms for the novel drug discoveries against several diseases.
I have strong background of Plant physiology and proteomic techniques with one year research experience as Research Associate and five years research experience as PhD Fellow and project fellow. I have expertise in Rehydration, IEF, Reduction/alkylation, SDS-PAGE, PD Quest analysis, Tryptic digestion and MALDI-TOF/MS-MS. I have also good knowledge about PCR, Primer designing, BLAST and other various biochemical techniques.
I am sincere, dedicated and hardworking researcher/teacher. I have excellent understanding to attain and maintain a Biotechnology Laboratory (Working as lab Incharge from last six years). I also have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Thank you for your consideration of my application and look forward to hearing from you soon.
    With Regards
    Dr. Sunaina Zutshi
