Job Description
o Inbound call handling via phone/email and online messenger providing a one stop service.
o Answering client queries and to coordinate with various departments all for completion of customer requirements.
o Capture all service calls and plan action accordingly.
o Check all calls and allocate to relevant departments.
o Maintaining shift schedules and other helpdesk reports.
o Maintaining all registers of calls/list/report
o Customer call back and follow-up professional and empathetic service.


Desired Candidate Profile
A good verbal and written English language skill no flaws.
Excellent knowledge of the MT Workflow.
Good knowledge in MT Technology and Software usage.
Passion for customer satisfaction and continuously striving to maintain good customer rapport.
A minimum of at least two years experience for all the above points.
