Biosciences and Bioengineering
P(04-1) Mechanobiological Regulation of Stem Cell Fate
JRF : (1 Post) Eligibility : Candidate should have M.Sc/M.Tech in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or Biotechnology. Candidate must have experience in mammalian cell culture techniques, molecular biology techniques, and immunostaining. Candidates with experience in working with stem cells are desirable.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.12000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : The candidate will be maintaining mouse/human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) in culture on mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) and tracking stem cell fate through staining and westerns.

Electrical Engineering
P(04-2) Free & Open Source Software in Science & Engg Education
PM1 : (2 Post) Eligibility : Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline and at least a couple of years of experience in managing a team of about 15 people. Good programming skills and good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Familiar with FOSS culture and development is essential. Knowledge of Python and/or Scilab is useful. Experience in managing a team contributing to FOSS would be an added advantage.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.30,000 to 60,000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Managing a team of 15-20 members working on generation of content/documentation for FOSS tools.
DC : (3 Post) Eligibility : A graduate or post-graduate degree in any field with a good amount of training/experience in INSTRUCTION DESIGN. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. Knowledge of and passion for FOSS is useful. Experience in designing content for FOSS courses is an added advantage.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16,000 to 30,000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Guide the design and development of course content in accordance with the instruction design principles.
WD : (2 Post) Eligibility : At least a 3 year diploma or a bachelors degree (or equivalent) with excellent design skills. Good sense of aesthetics, color and design is essential. Experience in designing web-sites, posters, logos, t-shirts, and other promotional material is essential. Experience in using FOSS tools is useful.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16,000 to 30,000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Graphic and aesthetic design of web-sites, posters, t-shirts and other publicity and promotional materials.
EA : (3 Post) Eligibility : A Bachelors degree in English with demonstrated skill and experience in writing technical documents is essential. Good written and verbal communication skills are highly desirable. Knowledge of LaTeX or ReST and experience in using version control systems would be useful.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.10,000 to 30,000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Writing, reviewing and editing technical articles and documentation based on the input provided. Writing reports of events conducted by the team.
RA/JRF : (5 Post) Eligibility : Graduate engineer in any discipline with B.E/B.Tech (or equivalent) with a good knowledge in Python and/or Scilab. Good written communication is essential. Prior association and interaction with the FOSS community is essential. Good mathematics and science skills is useful. Knowledge of or experience in Instructional Design and/or content generation is desirable.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16,000 to 30,000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Creation of course content including written material, spoken tutorials, reference manuals, handouts and textbook companions.

Mechanical Engineering
P(04-3) Bridge Funding for the Operation of NCAIR project.
CEO : (1 Post) Eligibility : Qualification: Doctorate or first class masters degree holders in Mechanical / Aerospace / Metallurgy and Materials Science / Industrial/ Production Engineering. Or first class masters in business management with bachelors degree in any of the above disciplines. Government of India employees working in the aerospace manufacturing domain satisfying the above qualification are encouraged to apply for the post for 3-year deputation from their parent organization. Desirable: Specialization in Manufacturing Engineering, exposure to aerospace manufacturing domain.
Specific Requirement : The application form must be accompanied by an essay of about (~500 words) on any one of the two topics below: i) One incidence where your leadership skills have benefited your organization ii) Innovative product / process or system design that has made substantial difference to your organization.
Experience : Ph.D.: 1-2 years; Masters degree holders: 5-6 years.

PM/JPM : (1 Post) Eligibility : Qualification: First class M.Tech. / B.Tech./B.E. degree holders in Mechanical / Aerospace / Metallurgy and Materials Science /Industrial / Production Engineering. Desirable: Specialization in Manufacturing Engineering, exposure to aerospace manufacturing domain. Experience: Masters degree holders: 0-1 years; Bachelors degree holders: 2-3 years.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.22000 to 30000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : To interact with industry personnel, to plan and coordinate technical programs, R&D Projects and various activities of the centre.
SUPPORTSTF : (1 Post) Eligibility : Qualification: Bachelor Degree in arts / commerce /science. Good verbal communications skills. Experience: 1-2 years in handling MS Office and communications
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.10000 to 16000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Handling communications, using MS Office, preparing technical reports, assisting in centre programs.
P(04-4) Engineered Surfaces on Pyrolytic Carbon for Bio-Medical Applications
RA/SRF : (1 Post) Eligibility : M. Tech in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with min 8.0 CPI or equivalent; Exceptional B.E./B. Tech students may also be considered. (preference to candidates who want to pursue PhD)
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.18000/- p.m.
Job Profile : Development and characterization of high speed micromilling machine and modeling the process mechanics of material removal in brittle anisotropic Pyrolitic graphite and bulk metallic glasses.

This automatic car parking system enables the parking of vehicles, floor after floor and thus reducing the space used.
Title : Pass word lock system.
Description : This highly secure and failure-safe protection is achieved by feeding an integrating a supplementary code into system. This code contains a password protection mechanism, which implements all defensive and authorization functions.
