To augment our progressive growth plans, we are looking for Team Leaders and Relationship Managers for its Commercial Banking business.
The Key Result Areas we are looking for are :
1. Acquire new client relationships and grow and maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the senior management of the existing client base
2. Develop and manage a team of 1-2 RMs and provide direction and training to them (applicable only to Section Leaders)
3. Originate and work with product groups as necessary to structure, execute and implement banking solutions for clients across all products
4. Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the Bank
5. To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, on going basis with product partners /OSD /Risk Management and other Relationship Management groups
6. Ability to manage client expectations in line with organizational priorities i.e. switching from assets to liabilities and vice –versa
7. Achieve Bank’s objective in terms of earnings, assets liabilities, credit quality etc. as per agreed budgets/targets from client relationship across all product groups
