EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
1. India Government Mint, Hyderabad is a unit of Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd, New Delhi.
Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL), a wholly owned company of Government of India, was incorporated on 13.1.2006 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of designing, manufacturing/printing security papers, currency and bank notes, non-judicial stamp papers, minting of coins, postage stamps etc. SPMCIL is under the administrative control of Minisry of Finance with its Registered and Corporate office at Jawahar Vyapar Bhavan, Janapath, New Delhi. It has four Minting units at Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad , Noida and four Currency/Security Printing Presses at Nashik, Dewas, and Hyderabad besides a high quality paper manufacturing Mill at Hoshangabad. India Government Mint, Hyderabad, AP, which is engaged in manufacture and supply of coins and also non-coinage activities like medal manufacture etc, invites applications for filling up of one post of ‘Hindi Typist’ reserved for OBC, in the Pay Band –1 of Rs 5200-20200, with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900, (Pre-Revised) Rs.3050-4590.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :-
Educational qualifications required including the age limit :-
1.) ESSENTIAL :-
i. Passed Metric/Higher Secondary
ii. Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi typing
iii. Working knowledge of Computer.
iv. English typing knowledge.
2.) AGE :- 18-27 years upper age limit is relaxable as per rules for OBC candidates .The appointment will be subject to passing of Hindi Typing test and interview in which they are required to qualify and fulfilling of the above conditions.
How to apply :
1. The application should be submitted in the Proforma given in the Advertisement, preferably type written :
2. The Outer Cover should be super scribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF HINDI TYPIST.”
3. A non-refundable Bank Demand Draft for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of General Manager, India Government Mint, Hyderabad, payable at Hyderabad is to be enclosed. Candidates are advised to write their name and other details on the reverse side of the DD.
4. The application should be accompanied with attested copies of certificates in support of educational qualifications, age and experience. Candidates should also furnish the attested copy of the category ‘OBC’ certificate issued by the Competent authority to that effect. OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates are also required to submit a self undertaking to that effect.
5. Duly completed application should be sent to the General Manager, India Government Mint, IDA, Phase. II, Cherlapally, RR Dist., Hyderabad-500 051, Andhra Pradesh through registered/speed post so as to reach India Government Mint, Hyderabad by 30.06.2011. Applications received late/incomplete will be rejected. I.G.Mint Management will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss of documents during transit.
