ADA is an Autonomous Organisation under the Department of Defence Research & Development, Ministry of Defence (MOD), Government of India. ADA is entrusted with design & development of both the Air Force and Naval versions of Light Combat Aircraft (LCA). LCA Programme is a prestigious National programme with more than 100 major workcentres contributing to this programme and the programme is in an advance stage. ADA is also entrusted with the design and development of Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) and Autonomous Unmanned Research Aircraft (AURA). ADA is looking for highly skilled and dynamic personnel for these ongoing projects ADA provides a challenging and excellent working environment. It has advanced sophisticated infrastructure and latest computer facilities.

ADA requires SCIENTIFIC FELLOWS (SF) on tenure basis in the following disciplines.

Qualification, Experience and remuneration will be as under :

SF-1 First Class in BE / B.Tech / MSc 50,000 + DA *
SF-2 First Class in BE / B.Tech / MSc with 4 years experience 60,000 + DA *
SF-3 First Class in BE / B.Tech / MSc with 8 years of experience 70,000 + DA *
SF-4 First Class in BE / B.Tech / MSc with 12 years of Experience 1,00,000 + DA *

Terms and conditions :
1 The appointment will be made on Contract basis for a fixed tenure of 3 years on the consolidated remuneration mentioned in the Table above. The tenure may be extended upto two more years based on need at ADA and performance of the individual. Individuals working on contract basis have no right to claim for permanent absorption.
2 Maximum age should not exceed 65 years at the time of entry.
3 Remuneration may be fixed within a nominated tolerance band above or below indicated amount.
4 Obtaining First Class in BE/B.Tech/MSc is mandatory. No rounding off of marks is permitted. Candidates should be in possession of first class degree certificate awarded by the university.
5 Scientific Fellows are not entitled for any other allowances as applicable to regular employees of ADA. However, TA/DA for official travel on ADA’s requirement will be borne by ADA.
6 Scientific Fellows are not entitled for any other benefits such as Provident Fund, Pension, accommodation, medical reimbursement facilities, transport, telephone, LTC.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
The aim of this project is to design an aircraft by considering certain parameters like weight estimation; engine selection, aerofoil selection, and rate of climb selection, etc. For this, comparative study of five different light weight fighter trainer aircraft is considered to arrive at an optimum design and the performance of aircraft. The study parameters in an aircraft are wing specifications, weight specifications, power plant specifications and performance specifications. The outcome deduced from this project is Cruise Mach Number, optimum range and weight.
- DESIGN PROJECT OF LIGHT WEIGHT FIGHTER TRAINER AIRCRAFT – II
PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
The aim of this project is to design an aircraft by considering certain parameters like critical loading performance, loads acting on the wing, and V-n Diagram. With these parameters, we arriving a list of structural parameters for various aircraft components. The study parameters in an aircraft are Cabin, Landing Gear and Wings. The outcome of this project is the design of cabin and landing gear and the wing type was deduced.
- KRIGING BASED INTERPOLATION FOR SURROGATE MODEL
PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
The ultimate aim of the project is to calculate the unknown values with the use of known values with higher probability (kriging) which is an interpolation technique. With the use of FORTRAN language, the programming should be done for different equations and sequences produce the output which should be compared with different variogram models and hammersley sequence. It replicates which model should produce better, precise, with higher probability values.
