Reports To DGM HR
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Understanding theheh HR policies of M&M and deploying the same in the new business.
2. Inputs to be given during the Manpower Planning Exercise
3.Responsible for Recruitment & Selection of all Manpower resources thus by ensuring Right Manpower Availability throughout.
4. Responsible for building, developing and executing culture thru various OD Interventions
5. Responsible for capability building of the manpower by effective implementation of training calendars. (Managerial and functional)
6. Building and Implementing Employee Satisfaction Survey / Customer Satisfaction survey results findings and action plans
6. Responsible for socialization & settling processes of the new incumbent in zone / business.
7. Active role of a facilitator in the Review process – Half yearly and Annual Appraisals
8. Roll out of HR interventions developed by HO and PU Heads
9. Responsible for smooth execution and adherence of all HR Processes and Policies
10. Facilitate Policy deployment & Mahindra Excellence
11. Creating Learning culture
12. Drive Fun at Workplace and making the HO, Applitrac & Samriddhi as the Best Place to work with high engagement levels
13. Roll out of HR interventions developed
Experience 8-9 years of work experience
Industry Preferred "1. Irrigation companies like Jain Irrigation, Metafin or consultancy firms in Seed Business like Monsanto
2. Experience related to manufacturing related businesses"
