    National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation is a Public Sector Undertaking registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (company not for profit). The Authorized Share Capital of the Corporation is Rs.300 crores. The Corporation has been set up with the main objective to provide financial assistance to the Safai Karamcharis / Scavengers and their dependents on concessional rates of interest for their socio and economic upliftment through State Channelising Agencies (SCAs) across the country.

    The Corporation invites applications to fill up a post of RECEPTIONIST-CUM-TELEPHONE OPERATOR (1 no.) (Reserved for physically Handicapped in the category of blindness or low vision). The candidate should meet the following job specifications:-

    1. Name of the post – Receptionist-cum-Telephone Operator (01 no.)
    2. Reservation – Reserved for Physically handicapped in the category of blindness or low vision.
    3. Scale of pay – Rs.10000-21100 (The candidate will be offered the minimum of the scale of pay)
    4. Essential qualification – 12th class pass from Govt. recognized Board / institutions.
    5. Desirable – Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce.
    6. Experience – Minimum 03 years experience as Receptionist-cum-Telephone Operator in the Govt. Deptt./Organisation /PSUs / reputed Private Sector Organisations.
    7. Age – 27 years (the maximum age limit may be relaxed as per the Govt. of India rules / guidelines). Further, the age limit may be relaxed in case of deserving candidates having relevant experience in line as per the discretion of the Management.

    General Terms &Conditions
    8. The candidate will be on the Industrial DA pattern and he shall be eligible to the Dearness Allowance and other allowances as admissible on IDA pattern. The candidate will also be eligible for House Rent Allowance @30% of the Basic pay and 50% perks on the basic pay on ‘Cafeteria Approach’.
    9. The candidates will also be entitled for leave and LTC encashment, CPF, Gratuity and other benefits as per the rules of the Corporation as admissible to the employees.
    10. The selected candidate will be on probation for 01 year which can be extended in case the performance of the candidate is not found satisfactory during the probation period.
    11. The candidate who meets the laid down criteria may apply in the prescribed format on A4 size plain paper which may be log on to the website of NSKFDC i.e. http://nskfdc.nic.in.
    12. Single to and fro rail / bus fare as per Corporation rules will be paid to outstation candidates called for interview.
    13. Management reserves the right to call the candidates for interview, if considered necessary.
    14. Mere fulfilling eligibility criteria will not entitled a candidate to be called for interview / selection process.
    15. Employees working in Central and State Govt./Govt. Autonomous Bodies/CPSEs must apply through proper channel / submit NOC at the time of interview.
    16. NSKFDC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment advertisement and/or the selection process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
    17. Court jurisdiction of any dispute will be at Delhi only.
