REQUIREMENT PREFERENCES :
Age : 32 years or less (not born earlier than 1978-79)
Qualification : BFA (Bach. of Fine Arts), MICA (Mudra Institute, Ahmedabad), or from any of the top 5 design / communications / fine arts institutes.
Experience : Not less than 5-6 years with min. 2 years at any of the top 50 Advertising / Design agencies of India.
Work Exposure : Should have -
** Worked with a Dept. team not less than 15 people
** Min. 1 year's experience as an Art Director and must have led a team of not less than 4-5
** Should have worked on National Accounts (brands/clients)
** Strong creative portfolio (Print & Design)
** Sound knowledge of Pre-Press
Tool Set Exposure :
Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign on Windows platform.
Other skills :
** Spoken : English
** Written : English

Job Description : DTP Operator
Qualification : 12th pass. Must understand English, Marathi
Read And Write : Hindi/Marathi/English
** Should have minimum 3 yrs exp. in DTP.
** Should know Adobe Suit, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
** Should have working knowledge, Pre-press.

Job Description : Visualiser
Qualification : Fine Arts Graduate. Must understand English.
** Should have minimum 2 yrs exp. in leading agency of Pune.
** Should be conversant with AdobeSuit, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator
** Should have working knowledge of Pre-press.

Qualification : Any Graduate
