    Job Description :
    * Responsible for managing the process effectively & efficiently and deliver on business requirements within Targets / SLAs.
    * Plan & execute effective sourcing & screening strategies to meet the monthly hiring demands
    * Optimize channel wise contributions and monitor performance
    * To work with the site recruitment team in building and improving overall contributions from Employee Referrals as a channel
    * Be instrumental in building brand to attract external talent
    * Work closely with the Site HR Teams / Recruitment Leads in improving effectiveness and efficiency of the Resourcing team
    * Manage external (third party) recruitment agencies to source new hires.
    * Responsible for people management and day to day operational activities
    * Monitor, generate, understand and interpret MI reports for business partners and GSC management.
    * Establishing volume forecasts

    Skills Required :
    * Graduate in any discipline
    * Experience of Full Recruitment Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes
    * Ability to understand the job requirements of the Client & competency mapping
    * Experience of sourcing from various channels of recruitment
    * Should have led and managed a team of recruiters
    * Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse audiences
    * Must have a thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques
    * Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under pressure
