Job Description
Engineering graduate/PG with 8-16 yrs proven experience in project engineering of cement plant to head the department.

Desired Candidate Profile
- To manage multiple team of engineers and designers. To ensure that the work is completed on or before contractual delivery dates. To be proactive in reporting and follow up on the project schedules

- To ensure that the work done for the project is proper, accurate, complete and meets FLS standards and contract requirements. To conduct project review and to ensure that contractual requirements are fulfilled.

- To show great flexibility, high level of commitment, tremendous willingness in aligning the department goals with company/global strategy

- To motivate and develop the personnel working in the project team to handle tasks smartly and independently

- To demonstrate an ability to control engineering Cost, suggest economical design ensuring less rework and therefore less back-charges

- To focus on customerâs needs and to ensure customerâs satisfaction during the execution of the project.
