Job Responsibilities :
1. Motivating and leading a team of application developers.
2. Design, develop, maintain and optimize secure and scalable multi-tier web applications. Strong knowledge of PHP, Perl, JavaScript, UNIX shell, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML.
3. Work in a group environment to plan and design new product features and direction
4. Project Management and leadership.
5. Ability to understand client briefs.
6. Delivering functionality within these estimated effort and time frames
Job Qualifications :
• 2+ years of experience into PHP programming application.
• Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Candidates from MCA/B-tech/BE will be preferred.
• Commercial experience in Web Application development and / or software development is desirable
• Experience of the full software development lifecycle : from business / systems analysis
