JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities Taken :
- Identification and Correlation of Raw Materials with Material test certificates.
- Maintain equipment history. Co-ordination with QA / QC Activities..
- Welding Inspection of Pipe Weld, Liner Welds for Fit up Stage, Root and final Stage, NDT (PT, RT), Local Passivation as per approved procedure.
- Manage the welding program through PQR, WPS, Welder Test, and Weld Inspections. Inspection of bevel preparation, joint fit-up, and weld visual inspection.
- Review of WPS / PQR. Witness of welder qualification as per the ASME Sec IX.
- Ensuring the Acid Cleaning and Detergent cleaning operation of the raw materials as per approved procedure.
- Inspection of Pipe Bends as per approved drawings, orientation Dimensional, Ovality, Thinning, DPT, Local Passivation as per approved procedure. Piping Documentation maintenance and Presentation to QA/QC. Documentation transliterate before & after inspection. Final Testing of Pipelines for intergrity and leak tightness as per approved procedure and specification. Test pack preparation.
- Final alignment to the valve directions & flow direction.
- Independently lead the hydro testing team (Piping and Pipeline) successfully complete the hydro test.
