Job Description for Design Head in DelVal :
1. Responsible for Design and Development function with products like Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves and Pneumatic Actuators which are used in the Chemical Process Industry. Oil & gas industry etc.
2. Responsible for achieving deadlines for releasing designs, validation testing of product as per functional norms.
3. Responsible for inter-functional coordination between Design & Development department, Quality Assurance department, Sales & Marketing Function.
4. Responsible for development of all strategies related to the Product design and development function to meet continuous improvement needs, growth needs of the organization.
5. Responsible for the Team Development as per needs of the above functions.

Job Requirement for the Candidate :
1. Graduate/Post Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 15 to 20 Years experience in handling a similar function in a Pumps/Valves/Chemical Process Eqpt. Products in a mid sized company.
2. Age Limit : 45 Years.
3. Proven history to demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills and team management and must have lead teams of senior managers/supervisors/workers in small/medium organizations.
4. Experience in an ERP environment preferred.
