Job Description
Ensure appropriate processes are in place for accuracy and quality of the Cashedgeâs wealth management services delivered to clients.
Identifies and effectively prioritizes process improvement opportunities across multiple stakeholders.
Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Engineers in establishing and executing on the most effective and efficient processes. Should get in to the details of all key processes yet be able to rise above the details and make strategic recommendations.
Recommend specific process changes and improvements that support the Company Strategy.
Initiates, plans, and evaluates systems, procedures and policies. Makes recommendations and implements changes where needed.
Leads documentation efforts around key processes.
Continuously gathers input and enlists support in developing alternative methods to improve productivity, accuracy, service and cost.
Interact regularly with engineering, the management team, and wealth management operations to drive change around processes.
Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions to the management for consideration.
Apply engineering principles to the design, documentation, and integration of processes.
Ability to abstract and conceptualize processes as they relate to the software development lifecycle.
Report activities, issues and risks to the senior management team.
Communicate effectively at various levels in the organization around the globe.
Interview individuals internally and externally to collect information about their problems, suggestions, or inquiries.
We are seeking a problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, great analytical skills, ability to self-manage, strong presentation skills, ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Must be assertive, a self-starter, and a collaborative worker
Approximately 25% travel may be required

Desired Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, take responsibility and have the aptitude to provide insight to problems and to proposed solutions. He/she must possess the ability to present data and status to senior management, have a positive attitude and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, customer facing work environment.
Candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and written English communication skills for interacting with the U.S. office and with senior management. A background in hi-tech, software/technical products is required and expertise in the banking or financial services industry is highly desired.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in process improvement, project management, and process design.
At least 10-15 years relevant experience
Proven process design and implementation experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with multi-cultural & multi-national software development team
Business process experience and cross-functional knowledge required
Availability and willingness to travel to other CashEdge locations (NY/CA)
MS Project skills
Strong computer software skills (including MS PowerPoint) and proven ability to learn and master new applications, including web-based tools

Experience Desired
Knowledge and experience in the banking and/or financial services industries (desired)
Software engineering not required; however background and familiarity with applications, development principles, software development lifecycle and terminology is desirable

Qualification:
4 year college degree or equivalent
MBA desired
Six Sigma experience
