Job Description :System Design, Preparation of Concept notes, Preparation of Engineering Specifications and drawing for tendering purposes, Bid analysis & Vendor documents review, Engineering coordination of following:

Lead Engineer Material handling :
Experience :15 to 20 years
Job Description / Responsibilities :
• Design & engineering of bulk material handling systems like Belt conveyor, Steep Inclined Conveyers, Cross Country Conveyors, Bucket elevators etc.
• Preparation of General Arrangement drawings
• Preparation of flow diagrams & P & IDs.
• Provide technical guidance to drafting / designing personnel and co-ordination of design and drafting work within assigned areas.
• Deliver materials handling engineering design according to required project timeframes and standards by supervising the performance of materials handling engineers on projects, reviewing deliverables and providing high level technical expertise.
• Training and mentoring materials handling engineers at all levels and educating engineers from other disciplines.
• Interfacing with engineers from other disciplines to review and improve design standards and procedures.
• Should have handled materials handling system project independently
• Should have knowledge of loading and unloading, crushing and screening, stacking and reclaiming system of process plant
Desired profile of the candidate :
• Must have worked with any reputed consultancy firm or an EPC company in India or abroad. Should have knowledge of basic requirement of an industrial process plant.
• Conversant with various International standards like ASTM, DIN, ISO etc.
• Should have worked in designing of steel, power, cement, sugar or other industrial process plant and washery.
• Should have knowledge of welding symbol, fabrication drawings and hardwires etc.
• Should have thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Word.
• Should have experience in different phase of construction like foundation construction, fabrication, erection, trouble shooting and commissioning etc

Senior Engineer – Civil / Structural :
Experience :8 to 10 years

Desired profile of the candidate:
• Good communication skills and good team leader.
• Past experience in ProSteel detailing.
