Project #1 :
Title : Pre-Employment Health Check System
Client : Health Information Directorate, Bahrain
Environment : VB.Net and ASP.Net, Oracle 9i
Description :
The Pre-Employment Health Check procedures being carried out for expats who come to work in Bahrain. Upon arrival (at the airport or from any other entry), a new expat entering Bahrain will be issued with a smart card containing, among others, a CPR number which will be used to identify him/her. At the immigration desk, the health check appointment at the designated health centre will be scheduled for the expat. This workflow will be an integral part of EMS workflow.
On arrival at the designated health centre on the scheduled date and time, the expat will be subject to various health checks and examinations after registering himself/herself in the system. The test/examination details will be entered in the system and the results will be captured and/or entered in the system. Upon completion of the health check, the EMS system is notified of the overall recommendation. Any expat whose health check results falls below the requirement will be flagged so appropriate action is taken. This process flow should be implemented by the new PREMHC system.
The system will also be capable of accepting results of health checks and examinations carried out from external facilities such as private hospitals and clinics, which have been authorized for this purpose.

Payroll Management System is accounting software to manage the entire employee’s personal and company’s payroll.
It contains three modules, these modules are listed below :
- Payroll Master.

- Monthly Reports.
Payroll master contains several options, each option represents an entity master, and where all details of an entity is maintained, such as employee Master. The user can add new set of values to the master, modify, view or delete the existing values in these masters.
The transaction contains several options. These options are used to perform the month end transactions required to calculate the month payroll.
The Monthly Reports module contains different reports provided in Payroll module using the Monthly Report.

The major pages in the website are Menu, Catering, Recipe and SendYourRecipe, Payments, Send SMS, Jobs, Taking Votes and Feedback.
Menu
This page contains all the different categories and the user clicks any category, a list items present in the category will display below. When user clicks any items in the list, a pop window will display in the right corner of the page showing the item description, image etc.
Catering
This is one of the important pages in the website as concern; in this page the customer can order the items by specifying the function type and the catering type and also the time of the function.
Here user has the option for selecting prepackage or selecting the own items for the list. This page looks very user interactive and the user can select the items without any difficulty by providing very good colors and tool tips for the necessary items
Recipe and Send Your Recipe
Through Send your recipe the user can send his recipe and also if he submitted, it dynamically added to the recipe page and when user clicks the recipe page link, he can able to see his recipe in the page, by clicking any recipe the user can see the item description and procedure.
Taking Votes and Feedback
In taking vote’s page the user can vote the restaurant or any other questions suggested by the administrator. In feedback page the user can give his regards about the restaurant, service, and hospitality etc.

Description:
In International trade often problems arise due to the method of payment between an importer and an exporter. The Buyer wants to receive his goods in a good condition before he pays the seller. The seller wants his payment before the dispatches the goods to the buyer. The letter of credit offers a secure term of payment to the exporter.
The ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) provides a guideline under the UCP 500 rules and regulations for documentary credit.
The documentary letter is a method payment satisfactory to the importer and the exporter
An L/C is a conditional undertaking given by a bank, at the request of the buyer (Importer), to effect payment settlement to a seller (Exporter) against presentation of documents relating to the goods bought as specified by the buyer.
Letters of credit contain the following elements:
- A payment undertaking given by the bank (issuing bank).
- On behalf of the buyer (applicant).
- To pay a seller (beneficiary).
- A given amount of money
- On presentation of specified documents representing the supply of goods.
- Within specific time limits.
- These documents conforming to terms and condition set out in the letter of credit.
- The documents to be presented at a specified place.
Put simply, the issuing bank’s role is twofold:
- To guarantee to the seller that if complaint documents are presented, the bank will pay the seller the amount due. This offers security to the seller-the bank says in effect “We will pay you if you present documents (XYZ)”
- To examine the documents, and only pay if these comply with the terms and conditions set out in the letter of credit. This protects the buyers interests – the bank says “We will pay your supplier on your behalf if they present documents (XYZ) that you have asked for”
Typically the documents requested will include a commercial invoice; a transport documents such as bill of lading or airway bill, an insurance document, but there many others.
