On-line applications are invited for the post of Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff in the Regional Training Institute (IA&AD), NE Region, Meghalaya, Shillong from eligible candidates. Candidates are advised to go through the detailed Notice given in the web site of the o/o the Accountant General (A&E), Meghalaya, Shillong under URL- www.agmegh.cag.gov.in carefully in their own interest and ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions laid down in the Notice to avoid rejection of the candidature at a later stage.

Duties Attached to the posts
Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff includes all such duties and responsibilities as expected from Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) in a Government Office like Physical Maintenance of records of the Section. General cleanliness & upkeep of the Sectionl Unit. Carrying of files & other papers within the building. Photocopying, sending of FAX etc. Other non-clerical work in the Sectionl Unit. Assisting in routine office work like diary, despatch etc., including on computer. Delivering of dak (outside the building). Watch & ward duties.

Age Limit :
The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 27 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

Payment of Examination fee : The candidates are to purchase crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) of ` 40/- (Rupees forty only) towards examination fee and fill up the IPO no in the on-line application form. The IPO should be drawn in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer (Audit), Meghalaya, Shillong. The SC and ST candidates are exempted from paying examination fee. The candidate should bring the original IPO at the time of appearing for written examination.

How To Apply :
(i) The candidates are to fill up required information in the on-line Application form under URL www.agmegh.cag.gov.in (web site of office of the Accountant General (A&E), Meghalaya, Shillong). On-line application should be filled up in English.
(ii) Photo of the candidate has to be uploaded before submission of on-line application.
(iii) After submission of application form, the system will generate an index number which will be future reference number of the candidate.
(iv) The candidate should print the application generated by the system and bring the printed application duly signed by the candidate at the time of appearing for written examination. The printed form should be accompanied with Indian Postal Order..
(v) INVALID APPLICATIONS
The applications having any of the following deficiencies, discrepancies will be summarily rejected.
a. Application without index number generated by the system.
b. More than one application in one name or sent in one envelope.

Worked with Jindal Stainless Ltd. Hisar, Haryana as Senior Instrument Technician in Cold Rolling Division, Hisar, Haryana. From 28th January 2004 to 31st October 2007.
Worked with Khanna Paper Mills Ltd, Amritsar, Punjab as Instrument Technician from 24th December 2002 to 12th January 2004.
