3. Discipline Agricultural Economics

4. Emoluments : Rs. 16000/- fixed+ allowances (HRA) as per guidelines of ICAR and Rs. 18000/- fixed.+allowances (HRA) in 3rd & subsequent Years as per ICAR guidelines.

5. Essential qualifications : 1. B.Sc. (Agri) with minimum of 50% marks or an OGPA of 2.0/4.0 or equivalent 2.M.Sc.(Ag) Agricultural Economics/Agri. Business Management (MBA in ABM)/M.Sc. statistics with a minimum of 60% marks or an OGPA of 3.00/4.00 or 6.50/10.00 or equivalent.

6. Duration of post : Up to 31.03.2012

7. Age : 35 years for men and 40 years for women (The above age limits are relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms). 45 years of age for in-service candidates of Agricultural Universities (revised guidelines vide endst. No. CAUH.B.V/2010/14006-14156 dated 21.10.2010.

9. Name of the Project : Establishing and Networking of Agricultural Market Intelligence Centres in India

10. Place of posting : Department of Agricultural Economics, CCSHAU, Hisar, but incumbent have to travel for project work in sample villages/Mandies (Markets) of selected districts in Haryana for data collection work.

Terms and Conditions :
The appointment will be co-terminus with the project. However, in case the work and conduct is not found satisfactory, the services can be terminated at any time after giving due opportunity of being heard to the concerned employee. If the selected candidate(s) wants to leave, he/she can do so after giving a 30 days notice in writing to the University.

He/she should report for duty within 15 days from the day of issue of order of appointment failing which his/her appointment will be treated as cancelled and may be offered to any other candidate selected in the list.

His/her place of work will be the Department of Agricultural Economics, CCSHAU, Hisar.

He/she will be required to execute an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 15/- before he/she is allowed to join the post of Senior Research Fellow.

Interview will be held on 10.06.2011 at 10.30 A.M. in the office of the Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar. No separate letter for interview will be issued. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Original certificates will be required to be produced/shown at the time of interview (Please also bring original and true copies of certificates which has been submitted by the candidate in his/her application to the University).
