compensation from Insurance Co.on behalf of the claimant in
road accident cases of death and/or injury of the claimant.
Dealing in Railways Claims Tribunal matters whereby
Claiming compensation from the Railway Administration in
Train accidents cases of death and/or injury of the claimant
And/or claiming compensation in case of shortage of the
Goods of the consignor.
Dealing in all the matters pertaining to relief to be obtained
from the Consumer Redressal Forum relating to the deficiency
in service to the consumers.
Dealing in civil/pecuniary matters before The Debts Recovery
Tribunal.
Dealing in matrimonial matters.
Dealing in civil matters relating to temporary injunctions
Under Order 39 Rules 1&2 of The Code of Civil Procedure.
Dealing in tenancy matters.
Dealing in Land/Flat Registration.
Dealing in Land/Flat searching procedures.
Dealing in all other civil/criminal matters whether representing
in the Hon’ble High Court, Kolkata or the Learned Courts
subordinate to it.
Can also handle legal correspondences as and when required
.
Experience in dealing with Governmental/Non Governmental
Organisation in all the matters relating to legal matters and/or
real estate matters.
INFORMATION : 1) In 2007, was amongst the selected candidates who duly
Qualified / Passed the examination of West Bengal Civil
Service (Judicial) Examination,2007, but was not offered
appointment.
2) In 2010.was amongst the selected candidates (5th Rank) in
the written examination for Direct Recruitment 2010 to the
Cadre of District Judge(Entry Level) from the members of the
Bar, but did not qualify for the qualifying marks as fixed by
The Selection Board.
