PROJECT MANAGERS (PM-01) :
* Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
* Collaboration with senior management and all other stake holder of the project.
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members .
* Liaise with project management on an ongoing basis.
* Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
* Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes
* Appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS :
As a Project Engineer for Janapriya Constructions, Hyderabad I’m responsible for the Erraction work on their ongoing Site of a HIGH RISE Apartment G +9. At Janapriya it is a new concept of introducing PRECAST WALLS panel that are being erracted on a 32mm steel dowel to take the support .My work involves overseeing of the wall panel to be Erracted in correct work position, and that the plan given to me is executed as it is in the drawing, and doing a quality check of methods to be implemented during the erraction period. I have come acrossed different shuttering materials like (Peri panel, Novi panel,Stop Ends) Preparation of Labour Contractor bills for every 15 days and the ERP generated quantity bills to given to the contractors .Making sure that the progress of the project is according to schedule.
In Ashoka Builders it was a 90 Acer gated community At Kompally with 170 Duplex Villas in it,My prime responsibility was to look after the checking of the Grade beam, plinth beam,Slab checking,Brick marking taking pourcard from the PMC for the execution of work,and enter it into measurement book for bills
As a site engineer my role was to look at the daily progress report (DPR)and daily labour report (DLR)and reporting my senior engineer about the status of the work that is taking place
FOR SREE SAI CONSTRUCTION AS A JUNIOR ENGINEER for them I was incharge of a Muiltistoried building starting from the sub structure to the super structure. I’m responsible for supervising the construction work on their ongoing Site of a Apartment Building in Hyderabad at Miyapur.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS :
- The Project entitled “DESIGN OF MULTI-STORIED BUILDING” was a part of our Undergraduate Curriculum. This was a live project that we did of a multistoried building, having two similar flats with silt and this project was still under construction at L B Nagar, having an area of 405sqm at Hyderabad, India. The design part of the project is computed by suitable methods using I S 456-2000 CODE for the recommended Values. Necessary specifications were taken as per I S CODE. Calculations were done by STAAD pro and the design part was done by using CADD Software.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from Malla Reddy Engineering College {affiliated to JNTU},2008, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
- Intermediate from Narayana Junior College Secunderabad, in Math, Physics, Chemistry (MPC), conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, India.
- Schooling from St. Mary’s High School for Boys, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
