    Quality Control Manager Mumbai : VVF Ltd

    Required Qualification : BE. (Mech)
    Required Experience : 8 – 10 years from Mechanical Construction company/
    Consultants doing turnkey projects.

    Key Responsibilities :
    • Expediting vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipments/materials.
    • Carry out inspection of static & rotary equipments such as pressure vessel, heat
    exchanger, column splitter, pumps, storage tanks, piping etc with carbon steel
    stainless steel, Alloy steel materials.
    • Knowledge of inspection of fit up, welding, DP test and Radiography as per
    engineering codes. Knowledge of Hydro-test and chemical clearing as per process
    requirement. Preparation of Inspection Report for all the jobs carried out at site.
    • Carrying out inspection of repair work or modification or expansion work for our
    manufacturing plant.
    • Management of assigned projects.
    • Liaison with third party agencies, vendors, subcontractors, inspection agencies,
    consultants etc for organizing and execution of the works.
    • Preparation of work procedures and action plans
