Schedule Change Department : This department is a part of Customer Service's however, here we handle queries of passengers where the bookings have been altered or cancelled by the Airlines ( for any un-foreseen conditions) after the tickets have been issued and passengers need assistance to get a similar or a proper schedule which they have opted for when they made their Travel Arrangements.
1 Motto of Schedule Change Department : To co-ordinate between Passenger's and Airlines and ensure that the alternate travel arrangements are up to customers satisfaction.
2 My profile : To handle Travel Bookings of passengers where the itinerary has been altered or cancelled by the Airlines after tickets are issued. Finding alternate Air and Land options for passengers and Rebook. Solving the booking’s of Minimum and Miss Connection issues which includes rebooking, accomodation, insurance and tickets reissuance.
3 Handling Airlines Queues, related to Ticketing Information, Special Service Request Information and Schedule Change.
4 Handling bookings of losses which includes cancellation of booking and provide refund on the basis of schedule change. Sometime need to create whole new itinerary for the passengers.
