Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW under DBT funded Entitled “Development of DNA markers based genetic linkage map of mulberry and QTL analysis for agronomically important planta traits”
Project Period : 3 (Three) years or co-terminus of the Project period whichever is earlier.
No. of post : 1 (one)
Essential Qualification :
Master degree in Biotechnology/Sericulture/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Agriculture/Botany/Life Science with minimum 60% marks. Candidate with NET/GATE qualification and experience in sericulture will be preferred.
Age : Upper age 28 years as on the date of publication. 5 years relaxation for SC&ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Emoluments : Rs.16,000/- fixed per month + 10% HRA for 1st & 2nd years and Rs.18,000/- fixed per month + 10% HRA for 3rd year.
* The emoluments proposed for Junior Research Fellow will be governed by the DST guidelines vide DST OM No.A.20020/11/97- IFD dated 31.03.2010. If the candidates are not NET/GATE qualified, the emoluments will be Rs.12,000/- fixed per month + HRA as admissible during 1st and 2nd year and Rs.14,000/- fixed per month + HRA as admissible during 3rd year onwards.
