Applications in the prescribed format are invited from sports persons in Hockey/Football Discipline (Men only) for recruitment under Sports Quota for the year 2011-12 for filling up the following posts :-

Educational Qualification : High School or equivalent examination passed

The mode of recruitment will be as follows :-
(a) The eligible candidates will be informed by post for trial. Recruitment will be done on basis of Trial. The candidates declared fit by Trial Committee will be considered for next stage i.e. Interview stage.

1. Application in prescribed format on A-4 size good quality paper may be down loaded from the website www.rcf.indianrailways.gov.in or may be typed neat & clean one side.
2. Application is to be filled up by the candidates himself in his own handwriting and must signed affixing a passport size photograph with clear face on the space provided and one should be attached duly attested.
3. Applicant will attach the attested photocopies of educational and Sports achievements certificates. SC/ST candidates should also attach the attested copy of caste certificate.
4. Fee in the shape of crossed Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 40/- (Rs. 10/- in case of SC/ST) to be prepared after the date of publication of this notice payable in favour of FA&CAO/Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala must be attached duly filled in.
5. Incomplete application form will be rejected.
6. Railway Administration will not be responsible for late delivery and postal delay.
7. The last date & time for receipt of application in the office of General Manager (Personnel), Recruitment Section, Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala-144602 is dt. 13.09.2010 upto 17.00 hrs.
8. Candidate superscribe clearly on the Envelope “Recruitment against Sports Quota 2011-12”.
9. Applications sent through registered letter will not be accepted.
10. Railway Administration reserve the right to cancel the Recruitment process in exceptional circumstances.
