(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the Central Govt./State Govt. or other Autonomous Bodies;or
(ii) With 7/5 years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs.4500-7000/5000-8000 or equivalent (pre-revised),or
(iii) With 10 years regular service in the posts in the scale of Rs.4000-6000 or equivalent (pre-revised) and who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in the ISTM with 3 years experience in Cash/Accts./Budget.

Pay scale : PB-2,9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200
