1) Android developer

- 2+ years experience with Android mobile platform and its SDK. Bonus points for coding experience with Android C NDK.
- Excellent Java coding & debugging skills
- Worked with Services and AIDL.
- Skills in using Eclipse IDE, ADB shell, deployment and generation of APKs on handsets and emulators
- Development experience on Android 2.2. Experience developing on older OS versions (pre 2.x) would be advantageous.
- Experienced in the deployment procedure of an an Android app into the Market

2) Blackberry developer

- 2+ years experience with Blackberry mobile platform. Must demonstrate good understanding of the Blackberry and J2ME architecture.
- Experience on multiple versions of Blackberry OS - 4.x, 5.x and 6.x
- Skills in application development using JDE/NetBeans/Eclipse/ MDS Studio and debugging using the Blackberry Emulator.
- Good understanding of the Mobile Browsers in general and Blackberry Browser in particular. Bonus points for working with new Blackberry webkit based browser on Blackberry
Torch.
- Have past experience setting up web based deployment of Blackberry application. Bonus points if you have setup application deployment through the BES.
- A good understanding about Blackberry's code signing process.
- Experienced in the deployment procedure of an a Blackberry app into App World.

Bonus points for developers all platforms:
- Experience working with other mobile platforms - iOS, Bada, Symbian, Windows Mobile etc.
- Experience coding for web and mobile-web using PHP and related technologies.
- Experience in HTML5, JS frameworks, etc
