GAETEC has set up a modern facility for design, development and manufacture of Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) at Vigyanakancha, Hyderabad. GAETEC wishes to fill up the under-mentioned posts.

Name of the Post : Engineers- 12 posts, Grade- E II (07 posts for B.E/B. Tech (ECE), 03 posts for M. Sc (Physics with Electronics) and 02 posts for B.E/B. Tech (Instrumentation) candidates)

Reservation : Out of 12 posts, 1 post reserved for ST, 1 post reserved for SC, 4 posts reserved for OBC, and 6 posts are Unreserved

Essential Qualifications : The candidate should be BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communications Engineering, or B.E/B. Tech in Instrumentation, or M.Sc. Physics with Electronics having secured I class from a reputed and recognized University/Institution. Specialization in Microwaves is preferable.

Desirable : 1 year experience in the areas such as fabrication of semiconductor devices, design, modeling, assembly, testing of microwave circuits.

Age : Not Exceeding 28 years as on closing date of advertisement. Age relaxations to SC / ST / OBC / Persons with Disabilities / Ex-servicemen / Central Govt. employees as per instructions of Govt. of India from time to time.

Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100, Grade Pay: Rs. 5,400. Gross pay at minimum of the scale per month is Rs. 31,710+ HRA & Transport Allowance etc.
