    Junior Hindi Translator
    * Vacancies : 1 Post

    * Qualifications : MA in Hindi/ English

    Technician-B
    * Vacancies : 2 Posts
    * Pay-Scale : PB-1, Rs.5200-20200 with GP of Rs.2000
    * Qualifications : SSLC/ SSLC+ITI/ NTC/ NAC First Class in Machinist/ Turner/ CNC Operator Trade

    Age Limit : 35 years as on 31.3.2011

    The Laboratory was formally established on November 11, 1947, in the M. G. Science College, Ahmedabad, with support from the Karmkshetra Educational Foundation and the Ahmedabad Education Society. The initial focus was research on Cosmic Rays and the properties of the Upper Atmosphere. Research in Theoretical Physics and Radio Physics were added later with grants from the Atomic Energy Commission.
