Training Methodology
This is a full time course, including lectures, demonstrations and practical on-the job training. The emphasis is on quality, with an aptitude for learning and achievement.
Selection Criteria
Selection is limited to those who show a definite potential towards achieving the overall objectives of this course. Fluency in English is essential, as is a minimum qualification of SSC, ICSE or the equivalent. A pleasing personality and the ability for hard work will also be considered.

Diploma

Theoretical study along with speed development - Pitman's system. The passing speed is 80 w.p.m.
Typewriting On Computers (from day one)
Accuracy on the keyboard. The passing speed is 45 w.p.m.
Introduction To Computers
Introduction to MS Windows. MS DOS Through Windows Explorer is an introductory program showing how to interact with files and folders.
Office 2000 - incorporates
WORD - dealing with the preparation of letters, documents at your fingertips by using word-processing features such as layouting, formatting text, etc.
EXCEL - a spreadsheet used for calculation, accounting purposes, creation of graphs, databases, etc.
POWERPOINT - a presentation software used for creating presentations through slides.
ACCESS - a database software, which is used for the creation of databases in the form of tables for storage, manipulation, retrieval of data, etc.
