- Business development by cracking into new accounts
- Handling pricing desk for each customer and helping the team in doing an accurate and economical pricing.

- Coordinating with the import clearance team for clearance & delivery of the shipments.
- Coordinating with operations team, carriers, shippers, transport team to meet vessel cut offs in export shipments.
- Co-ordination with the Liners/Consolidators/Freight Forwarders.
- Planning and co-ordinating daily shipments : liase with transporters for effecting timely and cost effective delivery of export/import shipments.
- Handled the Delivery Order Counter by issuing delivery orders and Exchange B/L’s.
- Preparing Truckway Bills, Bill of Lading, certificate of origins with the chamber, arranging for legalization of documents from the respective consulate.
- Arranging for clearance of personal effects shipments including household items as well as vehicles.
