Job Description :
1. You will be responsible for handling the Business Development Activities and the key role will be new business development & client retention.
2. For generating business for web-based services through Online bidding portals.
3. Bidding will be important part of the job so skills in bidding and sending quotes are essential.
4. Be a part of complete sales process starting from Bidding, negotiating and closure of the deal.
5. Possessing excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication are prerequisites and the candidate needs to handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
6. Candidates must be willing to work at odd hours, suitable to client’s time-zones whenever required.
7. Will be responsible for understanding project description, sending quote and formulating proposal along with executing the project through a team
8. Flexibility to assist in other market research work/administration
9. Ability to visualize the "Big Picture" while communicating with prospective clients.
10. Act as a conduit between the Client and the Technical teams. - Manage accounts of existing as well as new clients and be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling.
11. Being in regular touch with the existing clients to find out their future needs and get the repeat business from them.
12. Lead generation through Social Media such as Linkedln Facebook.
13. Arranging and participating in high level business calls with large international clients
14. Ability to generate relevant leads using Comprehensive Market Research, Networking ,Confident to make cold call (50-75 call daily) prospective clients and manage the sales cycle.
Shift Timings :
- Day Shift : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Night Shift : 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
