JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Client is a member of the S&A group, is a leading international design and construction company of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological and Chemical (API) plants including critical, sterile systems and clean rooms. Client has more than 30 years of experience in execution of projects for the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological industries on a "turnkey" basis.

Location : Pune, but will need to travel extensively anywhere In India & Abroad

Experience : Minimum 8 Years upto 10 years

Job Description :
An Instrumentation Engineer having past experience (API / Formulation / Biotech plants) in Project Design / Execution.

The main activities will be as below :

Design of control systems including DCS, PLCs, Microprocessor based control systems
Instrument selection and preparation of Data sheets / specifications
Preparation of Instrument wiring drawings
Preparation of Control System Architecture
Selection of instruments / HMIs for Hazardous areas
Site supervision / commissioning
Managing contractors, Checking Billing, Checking Prices
Validation including DQ, IQ and OQ

The candidate should be familiar with the above activities.
Experience in API/ Formulation/ Biotech Projects, Knowledge of GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 / cGMP will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile :
Should be a BE / B Tech (Instrumentation Engineering).
Should be conversant with cGMP.
Must have very good communication skills in English.

2. PRIMARY AND SECONDARY STRESS ANALYSIS OF PIPING IN SUDHARSAN ENGINEERING COLLEGE.
DESCRIPTION :
To analysis the piping materials stresses with the use off tensile test. To identify the chemical properties of the SA 106B and SA106C material using chemical analysis. The stresses was analyzed by the CAESER-II software.
MACHINE USED : Welding machine and tensile strength machine.
