The Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli Ltd. (OIDC) is a Govt. Undertaking performing activities like Housing, Industrial estates, promoting tourism, quality liquor, branded computers, Airlines booking, Railway reservation, providing raw material, etc.One post of Superintending Engineer (Civil) in pay band Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- is to be filled up by transfer on deputation for a period of one year which may be extended as per the rules. The criteria for eligibility for appointment by transfer on deputation are :

From the officers of the Central/State Govts/UTs/Autonomous bodies/Public undertakings.
i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre / department, or
ii) With 6 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay band Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre department. and

i) Possessing Degree in Civil Engineering of a recognized university or equivalent.
ii) 10 years experience in the Civil Engineering Works.
