Qual : B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Telecommunications with 60% marks.
ORM.Sc. in Computer Science/IT with minimum 60% marks.
Experience : 1 - 2 years of experience in System/Network administration.
Desirable : i) Formal certification in networking and security. (ii) Experience in installation of Linux preferably on servers. (iii) Knowledge of HTML, bash scripting PHP. Qualification : B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Science/ Information Technology with atleast 60% marks in aggregate OR high second class (atleast 55% marks in aggregate) with experience in speech signal processing.
Desirable Qualifications : (a) Work experience in digital signal processing or pattern recognition; (b) Hands on experience in Linux.
Nature of work : To work on a speech recognition project that implements a voice interface for information retrieval using advanced speech recognition technologies. Candidates will have to do application-specific research and development work that includes understanding research papers, implementing algorithms in C, modify existing C/C++ code and writing shell/perl/php scripts in linux environment.

- Wireless weather monitoring system with PC interface
Basically system used in project can be identified as Data acquisition
System.
Basic idea of project is to sense the different parameters like temperature, moist wind direction, wind speed, rain detection, light intensity from the various sensors , then through microprocessor (89c51) controlled system transmit it to the receiver covering a range of 500ft. Receiver is interfaced with pc through serial cable RS 232. Received data is processed through the vb6.0 software to generate graphical display.
