Title Speed control of buck converter driven PMDC motor using PI controller
Abstract The Project mainly focuses on control design for input tracking of a buck converter driven pmdc motor. Proportional-Integral is the technique proposed to control the speed of a PMDC motor. PI control base speed control is done by sensing the actual speed and its derivatives. The project focuses on implementation of buck converter. It is observed that trajectory tracking of angular velocity of buck converter driven pmdc motor can successfully be handled by PI controller. There are 2 methods of speed control open loop closed loop and in both cases controlled speed is noted and output was verified.
