Job Description
To make daily receipt of incoming materials.
To prepare purchase order and follow up material.
Proper receipt of incoming materials.
Checking of rates and IDS entries of all purchase bills in daily bases.
Issue of required materials according to FIFO basis to avoid damage of materials.
Secure and preserve the material lying in stores.
To give correct inventory to accounts department, first of every month.
Taking physical stock of material lying in stores.
To keep proper records of material lying in stores.
To make delivery challans & dispatch of returnable and non-returnable goods.
Provide efficient service to maintain the internal customers delighted.
Timely and correctly information to the internal dept about physical stock and excess/shortage/damage of materials.
Taking quotation and preparing rate comparison of parties
To follow up of payment for parties
Go to market for purchase of materials
To call parties for daily purchase of perishable materials.

Any graduate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving (Inbound) Procedure
- 1) Before offloading I ensure that all formalities required like, Customs requirement, Invoice/Packing list, Bill of Lading that reflects items of material to be received are in accordance.
2) Before offloading start checking the product which are the food or no – food in the container. If food product checking the temperature requirement before offloading. If it is a reefer container checking the container's temperature before offloading by T M D (temperature monitoring device), if found temperature discrepancy I will inform same time to the customer service via e-mail.
- Materials are offloading as per the RTS (receiving Tally Sheet) provided by the customer service, if found any damage, taking the photos of the same & forwarding the same via e–mail to customer service to inform to the customer.
- Maintaining inbound check list.
- Material segregating as per qty / pack size.
- Segregating the material as per RTS then I will start receiving material into the system through RF (Radio Frequency system), if found any discrepancy I will send NCR (non – confirmation report) to the customer service.
- After receiving goods I am advising Team to do the put away as per the product to the locations. If products required TC (temperature control) / Chilled or Frozen are doing as per the requirements.
- Good House Keeping
- Handling material with safety (HSSE) & ISO procedures.
- I ensure that goods are received & issued correct & coordinating with inventory dept.
- Daily Tool Box Meeting with team to inform daily operation, work with safety, handle equipment safely.
- Taking care of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) like, Hand gloves, Safety Shoes, Visible vest, are weared by the team for safety precautions.
- I ensure that space should be utilizing 100% with safety measures.
Delivery (Outbound) Procedure
- Tacking the pick ticket from the customer service for picking the goods, then I will assign team for picking the goods as per pick list provided by the customer service.
- After picking the goods I will check the goods before loading into vehicle & make sure all are in order.
- Before loading into the vehicle I ensure that vehicle is correct as per our requirement.
- Maintaining outbound check list.
Reports Maintained
- Daily Inbound & Outbound Reports updating via e-mail to the Customer Service, Inventory dept & Operation Manager.
- Daily receipts & issue reports with CBM & Qty updating via e-mail to the Inventory dept & Operation Manager.
