Description

To Develop Data Acquisition System for sensing the different parameters of a machine monitoring the machine, and recording the parameters.
- The system can be used to sense the different parameters of a machine like temperature, pressure, or any general parameter.
- A software program can be used to monitor the parameters by comparing the recorded values to expected or standard values.
- The data about parameters can be recorded into a database so that monitoring and decision making process can be performed.
- Designed an Digital dice as an minor project under the supervision of Mr. Sunil kumar(6th sem)
Description
- This digital dice project is an interesting project that will display in random the number from 1 to 9 on the 7 segment display.
- The generation of clock is done by using a 555 timer which is connected in the astable mode at a frequency of approximately 50 Hz.
- This clock signal is fed into the decade counter which outputs are connected to 4 bit binary adder which provides a binary output equavalent input + 1.
- The outputs are then connected to a BCD to 7 Segment Decoder which is used to drive a common anode 7 segment display.to binary
- Pursued an industrial automation training from Sofcon pvt. Ltd.(noida) on Allen Bradley PLC and SCADA
1) A Programmable Logic Controller, PLC, or Programmable Controller is a digital computer used for automation of industrial processes, such as control of machinery on factory assembly lines.
2) A PLC is an example of a real time system since output results must be produced in response to input conditions within a bounded time, otherwise unintended operation will result.
