    I am an Indian Association of Physiotherapists, Health Professions Council (UK) and Charted Society of Physiotherapy (UK) registered physiotherapist. Majority of my clinical work is Community and Hospital based, treating neurological problems, musculoskeletal problems cardiorespiratory problems, learning disabilities, Geriatric problems, etc.

    To perform Triage, advanced physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment of patients with a variety of conditions including, but not exclusive to, orthopedics, musculoskeletal, neurological and intermediate care which may be of an acute or chronic, or complex presentation.     Worked as a Musculoskeletal outpatient Physiotherapist in Northampton
    General Hospital, Cliftonville, Northampton, NN1 5BD (Band 6).
    Responsibilities :
    As a band 6 locum physiotherapist, I have to independently assess, treat and discharge the case-load fallowing referral from a GP or a consultant.
    My work involved, checking any warning signs like red/yellow flags from a referral, measuring outcomes with a proper form (quick dash, Oxford shoulder questionnaire, Lower limb functional scale, Oswestry neck disability index etc.), making subjective assessment with a valid consent, proper objective assessment with orthopaedic special tests, diagnosing the condition, planning treatment for the condition, if required amending electrotherapy modalities, advising precautions, advising home exercise programme, measuring progress on the follow-up visits, reporting progress to the GP or consultant and planning effective discharge.
    Participate in staff meetings, team meetings and professional groups to remain informed and to contribute ideas.
