    Telesales Agent Position Summary

    The Telesales Agent will make outbound calls to sell client’s products to targeted prospects (businesses and/or individuals) in order to achieve sales quotas. Candidates in this position will apply professional selling techniques, including strategic business planning, comprehensive customer profiling, and daily pipeline management.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    * Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts.
    * Using previous sales experience overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
    * Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services, provide accurate quotes, and determine appropriate escalation point to provide solutions to customer issues.
    * Ensure correct credit terms and vendor information is captured and recorded in the database.
    * Meet or exceed all sales quotas and activity objectives in assigned territory and manage forecast and pipeline report.
    * Use sound judgment and discretion when making decisions that affect the business unit, such as appropriate and timely escalation, adjusting margins, or providing discounts to close a sale.
    * Develop positive relationships with client's internal field sales representatives to increase opportunity and exposure to business unit.
    * Provide high quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing product information and product pricing.
    * Generate sales opportunities by responding to all inbound requests, including telephone, fax, mail, and email requests, and qualify each sales opportunity based on client criteria and sound sales techniques.
    * Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.
    * Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and product information.
    * Recommend improvements or changes to internal processes and data processing to meet or exceed sales goals, and to achieve the highest level of client customer satisfaction.
    * Attend sales training, lectures, and presentations as required.

    Account Manager Position Summary provides

    The Account Manager prospects, calls on and sells client's products and services to new customers within an assigned territory. He or she is responsible to achieve or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quotas.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    * Prospecting and Planning: Identifies high potential sales opportunities and prioritizes them. Builds rapport and educates customers with the use of internal and external resources
    * Qualifying and Analyzing: Leads and develops account strategy using customer's growth plans, budget, and project timelines.
    * Proposing and Closing: Submits and presents the customer with a finalized collaborative proposal with solutions, justifications, and expected results to overcome objections and win the business with maximum revenue/margin.
    * Validating Value: Engages sales management to validate the business impact.
    * Building a Business Case: Articulates client's value and provides an overview of client's products and services.
    * Reporting: Completes regular reports as required, including pipeline updates.
    * Implementing: Oversees the implementation of the proposed solution by the integrated account team to achieve high post-sales satisfaction.
